Enjoyed the self-service kitchen with a variety of breakfast options.
The pub noise was disturbing until late at night, especially on karaoke nights.

Just an ideal choice for a fleeting stay in Timsbury with fantastic value. The room was comfortable and had lovely decor, which made our stay more enjoyable. Bring your own snacks as the breakfast options were limited.

A Quaint Stay with Room for Improvement
The King Room offered great comfort, although the breakfast left us wanting. Instead of the advertised cooked options, we found a basic self-serve setup. A charming local pub nearby compensated for the dining shortcomings. Future guests should check breakfast availability beforehand.

Cozy stay with great service
We had a fab time here for 2 nights. The King Room was spotless, and we loved chilling at the bar area. Dinner was fantastic, especially the red wine. Just a bummer the Wi-Fi was a bit wonky during our stay. Jim and Frank made us feel super welcome too!

missingWrote a review on 17 Junroom cleanliness
Let’s not sugarcoat it, the noise from the pub can get pretty loud, especially past midnight, which definitely interferes with sleep. Cleanliness needs a serious boost. open bins and used towels left in rooms don’t create the best first impression. As for breakfast, expecting a full English fry-up only to find a half-empty packet of croissants and a couple of bruised apples is just disappointing. there's a lack of basic amenities like full-length mirrors in the rooms and adequate kitchen supplies for those wanting to whip something up. Oh, and walking over to a pub that doesn't open until noon for breakfast isn't ideal if you're hoping for an early start.

The stay was enjoyable overall, though the dining experience was a bit hit or miss. Having access to a shared kitchen was a plus, allowing for some self-catering options. The room was quite comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and willing to help, which made all the difference. It was convenient to have a pub on-site, though there were some issues with dinner service during my visit.

The King Room was super comfy with a nice big bed and soft pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. The room had a cozy vibe, and it was spacious enough to feel relaxed. Plus, the shared kitchen was a handy bonus for breakfast. Only downside was the steep stairs—it might be a bit tricky if you're not great with steps.
